Beginner Women's Self Defense Class  9/18/10  (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
This course teaches simple techniques that can easily be used by anyone placed in a self-defense situation.

Instructed by Master Eric Johnson and a team of qualified assistants, this is a “hands-on” class, giving all participants the opportunity to practice the techniques they are being taught.
